Little Bear Playdough Recipe

My friend, Kelly, wants to make some playdough with her girls.... here's the recipe:

1 Cup Water

1/2 Cup Salt

2 T. Oil

2 T. Cream of Tarter

Food Coloring

Heat over medium heat in heavy saucepan until you have a rolling boil.

Turn off heat and add:

1 C. Flour

Knead. May add scent (Peppermint Extract) at this point. Or glitter... or both.
