I LOVE NEW ART PROJECTS

Here's a new fun one I got from the August 2009 issue of Family Fun magazine.... I'd link you to the article but haven't been able to find the article at the Family Fun website... a totally fun project!

Step 1:

spread shaving cream in a tray or flat baking sheet, making it look similar to smooth cake batter.

Step 2:

Squirt drops of food coloring in the shaving cream.

Step 3:

Swirl with a popsicle stick, knife or spoon.

Step 4:

Using thick cardstock paper, cover the swirl design and press firmly down. Don't be shy, smoosh the paper in there!

Step 5:

Carefully pick the paper up, off of the shaving cream, squeegee the excess shaving cream off of the paper (I used a long spatula).

The Result:

Beautiful (and good smelling) Marbleized Paper! Fun!
