Over The River

We went to Granny's house for Thanksgiving. Or, should I say now, our house. We've been going a lot ever since Granny passed away unexpectedly on St. Patrick's Day. I wonder if other people think it's odd that we go to her house for Thanksgiving... something that has been a tradition in our family. We did the things we always do...

visit with her best friends: Barbara, Monk and Marie.
We celebrated Cisco's birthday.

We cooked a BIG turkey, and had many many people for dinner...
We went to visit Santa in Redstone the day after Thanksgiving.

We watched a little football on TV and played a few games.

We all got along surprisingly well.

We even did some new things...
Grampi came with us this year.

We had a campfire down on our new beach.
It was a good "mini-vacation". Happy Thanksgiving!
