Alphabet Pancakes

Adi's friend Sunny slept over for the first time. The girls are getting so big! And we celebrated by having Alphabet Pancakes for breakfast. Here's how you do it:
Make the batter:
In a blender mix together:

  • 1 1/2 Cups flour

  • 3 T. sugar

  • 1 3/4 t. double acting baking powder

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 3 T. melted butter

  • 1 1/4 C. milk

The trick is to make the batter as smooth and lump-free as possible. Then pour the batter into a ziplock bag, snip a tiny tiny hole in one corner. After heating the griddle, write away. Older kids can make their own...

Happy Eating.

And then, we went sledding!
